All assessments made by Project42 AG are purely estimates, based on comparisons with other sources. Inaccurate assessments may arise. Project42 AG therefore cannot be held liable for any assessments made. The final assessment always rests with the user.

2. Scope
These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between Project42 AG ("we") and the users ("you") when using our services.

3. Subject Matter of the Contract
These terms and conditions apply to the conclusion, content, and execution of contracts for the use of our software in the current version. Deviations must be made in writing.

4. Conclusion of Contract and Term
A contract is concluded by placing an order via the website. The subscription continues until canceled. The specified credit card will be automatically charged. Cancellation is possible at any time at the end of the agreed term.

5. Prices and Payment
The prices published at the time of contract conclusion apply. Payment is made by credit card. Purchased credits that are not used expire after the agreed date. New credits must be purchased separately or will be automatically credited upon subscription renewal.

6. Availability and Force Majeure
We strive to ensure uninterrupted availability. However, maintenance work or force majeure may lead to temporary restrictions. If service disruptions last for more than four weeks, the user may terminate the contract without notice.

7. User Obligations
You are obliged to provide correct information and protect your access data. In the event of misuse or incorrect information, we reserve the right to terminate your account without notice. Use is at your own risk.

8. Rights of Use
You are granted a simple, non-transferable right of use for private use. Commercial use or distribution to third parties is not permitted.

9. Prohibited Use
The following are particularly prohibited:
– illegal or offensive content,
– violations of intellectual property rights,
– use of malware,
– automated access,
– infrastructure disruptions,
– scraping or circumvention of access restrictions.
All data collected with the tool remains the property of the user and is
stored on their infrastructure.

We assume no responsibility for the content of external links. These are subject to their own
terms of use and privacy policy.

11. Warranty
The Services are provided “as is.”
To the extent permitted by law, no warranty of accuracy or availability is made.

12. Liability
Our liability is excluded – to the extent permitted by law – in cases of slight negligence
and otherwise limited to the contract value. Liability for
consequential damages or lost profits is excluded.

13. Data Protection
We comply with the Swiss Data Protection Act and the GDPR. Data is

14. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Existing contracts remain
unaffected.

15. Final Provisions
Invalid clauses shall be replaced by economically equivalent provisions. The remaining
commission remains valid. Rights arising from this contract may only
be assigned with written consent.

16. Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Project42, unless
mandatory statutory provisions conflict with this.
